Students and student spouses connect with friends of St. Vladimir's Seminary during the December 2008 Phone-a-thon.

SVS seminarians and their spouses connected with friends of St. Vladimir's Seminary during the Phone-a-thon, held December 1–3, 2008. Callers contacted over 700 donors in order to express their personal gratitude to each faithful supporter and also to help raise funds for the Seminary to sustain its annual operations. Pledges from the Phone-a-thon amounted to over $12,000.

"Our students were overwhelmed with the generosity and good will of these precious supporters," commented Mr. Ted Bazil, Associate Chancellor for Advancement. "A gift to St. Vladimir's Seminary helps us to continue to offer students a high-quality Orthodox theological education that will prepare them for ordination and service to the Orthodox Church."
