Saint Vladimir's Seminary is located on a fourteen-acre campus in the Crestwood neighborhood of Yonkers, New York. The suburban residential area is eighteen miles north of New York City.  The location is quiet and wooded, within two miles of a shopping area. The train station, with lines running to New York and White Plains, is a fifteen-minute walk away.

The campus is divided by a waterfall and a meandering stream, and is bordered by a private lake on the northwest property line.
