A proper tour of St. Vladimir's Seminary should begin with the chapel, which serves as the center of the Seminary's life and purpose.  Three Hierarchs Chapel—whose patrons are the three holy hierarchs Basil the Great, Gregory the Theologian, and John Chrysostom—is where the Seminary gathers for prayer and participates in a rich worship life, with services following the daily, weekly and yearly liturgical life of the Church.

The Kunett Auditorium is located in the basement, and is used for social and academic functions.
