Noted Dr. Bouteneff, "We visited in order to strengthen our ties with Arvo and Nora Pärt, and the Arvo Pärt Centre—which gave us a full report of their archive activities and plans. We also met with the Ministry of Culture, who is substantially supporting the Project, and with representatives of the performing musicians, and finalized all details for their concerts in New York and Washington DC."
