The seminary requires that each residential student and dependents be covered by health insurance. The seminary policy applies to domestic as well as international students. The Proof of Health Insurance Form is posted on the Orientation for New Students page of the seminary's website.
Important note: Proof of health insurance must be demonstrated by the first Friday of each semester. Students who do not submit proof of health insurance by the deadline will have their registration suspended, will not be permitted to attend classes, and will be charged a late registration fee of $50. If proof of health insurance is not on file with the Student Affairs Administrator within thirty (30) days after classes begin, those students will be administratively withdrawn from the seminary.
Questions regarding health insurance should be directed to Fr David Mezynski, Associate Dean for Student Affairs, at 914-961-8313, ext. 322.
