Antwian is graduate of St Vladimir's Seminary (2019) with a wide variety of experiences. After college (Western Illinois University 2002) he spent a few months in Germany playing American football. After that, Antwian moved back home to St Louis where he coached high school football for several years before moving on to coach division II college football. Later, he moved to Texas and taught/coached football while becoming Orthodox. Before starting his current job, he was a hospital chaplain and ministered to the sick and suffering even during the pandemic.
