Carmen has been working in the non-profit sector for seventeen years, and holds a B.A. in accounting from Lehman College and a Master of Arts in public administration from Touro University Worldwide. She also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resource Certificate Institute (HRCI) and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Carmen lives nearby in the Bronx with her son, father, and two cats. She loves to travel, meet people from different countries, and learn about their culture and lifestyle. Happy to be a member of the St Vladimir's Seminary family, Carmen opens her office door to all students and staff with any questions or concerns they may have.
