As Christian values have been removed from public schools, the effects on our children and institutions have been devastating. Parents have responded by seeking alternatives: home schooling or costly private schools. The alternatives often go by the name “classical,” but until now the precise meaning of a classical education within an Orthodox context has not been defined.
What are the essential ingredients in an Orthodox classical school? Into the Light offers presbyters, church councils, and families helpful advice from twenty-one experienced Orthodox educators.
