Rangos Family Building on our campus. The presentation is free and open to the public.

On Wednesday, January 30 , St. Vladimir’s Seminary welcomes featured lecturer Dr. David Fagerberg , professor of theology at the University of Notre Dame and author of the recently released Liturgy outside Liturgy: The Liturgical Theology of Fr. Alexander Schmemann (Chora Books, 2018). His lecture for the event is titled “The Anchor of Schmemann’s Liturgical Theology.”

His Eminence, Archbishop Michael of New York and the Diocese of New York and New Jersey will headline events on January 30, the Feast of the Three Hierarchs. As part of the special celebration, three more distinguished speakers will be featured in workshops throughout the day along with a Hierarchical Divine Liturgy, Mid-Year Commencement, the launch of a special 50 th anniversary commemorative book (published by SVS Press and edited by Academic Dean Dr. Alexandru Tudorie), and a reception.
